Quadrant Block
Also Called: Sheave · Rollers
A curved roller assembly set at an enclosure or duct mouth so cable turns the corner without dropping below its minimum bend radius.

Qualified Electrical Worker
Also Called: Qualified Worker
A worker trained and authorized to work on or near energized power lines. Only qualified electrical workers enter the supply space (OSHA 29 CFR 1926 for construction work or 29 CFR 1910.268 for telecom maintenance; NESC; owner attachment agreement).
